Refurbished by Jeremy Wright, Oversteps is located in Salcombe, South Devon near Kingsbridge.  This beautiful property has been sympathetically renovated into two modern luxury holiday lets overlooking South Sands.  Our highly skilled construction team has enhanced existing spaces and formed new ones and our showroom Studio Four has supplied this building project with two brilliant white Scavolini Kitchens kitted out with appliances from Neff and Franke and worktops by Consentino Silestone.  All the bathroom suites were also supplied by Studio Four as well as the dining furniture.  Jeremy Wright Ltd also supplied and installed Rationel Windows and Doors; the model (Patus +) has a traditional profile suitable to the aesthetic of the property but benefits from aluminium cladding making it perfect to weather the elements of the building's more exposed elevations.
