Waxwell, Salcombe

In Salcombe, Jeremy Wright Ltd has transformed 'Waxwell' into a stunning functional and modern second home.  Its outlook has been maximised through the use of a Smart Systems Aluminium bi-folding door which allows the main ground floor living space to be completely open to panoramic views of Salcombe town and Ria.  In addition to a complete renovation of the existing spaces a basement level has also been developed with separate living and kitchen rooms allowing the lower ground floor to be used independently from the rest of the house.  The South Devon construction project features Rationel Windows and Doors alongside custom manufactured joinery from our workshop Wright Joinery.  We worked closely with our client in all areas but especially the ground floor kitchen.  The kitchen planned by Jeremy Wright is manufactured by Scavolini and is actually one of the Italian designers contract ranges, 'Evolution'.  The kitchen also features Neff appliances and an awe inspiring Faber extractor all supplied by our showroom, Studio Four.
